1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Elite Delivery Inc. website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Elite Delivery Inc., operates as an intrastate freight carrier providing transportation services for non-hazardous materials within the State of NM.

2. License and Use Restrictions

Elite Delivery Inc. is licensed and authorized under USDOT Number 2931449 and MC Docket 994092 to provide intrastate freight transportation services. All our operations comply with federal and state transportation regulations. We specialize in the transportation of tires and wheels and other non-hazardous freight materials.

3. Service Area

Elite Delivery Inc. provides intrastate freight services exclusively within the State of NM. We do not provide interstate transportation services. Our operating area includes pickup and delivery throughout NM.

4. Limitations of Liability

Elite Delivery Inc. provides freight transportation services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Non-Hazardous Materials Only

Elite Delivery Inc. is authorized to transport only non-hazardous materials. Any attempt to ship hazardous materials through our service is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences. Customers are responsible for accurate classification and declaration of materials being shipped.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for freight services shall be agreed upon in writing prior to service delivery. Standard payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

7. Cargo Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper packaging and preparation of freight. Elite Delivery Inc. cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper packing or labeling. We recommend cargo insurance for high-value shipments.

8. Modifications to Terms

Elite Delivery Inc. reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
